Help your students record all letters of the alphabet with this simple grid. Students will write a different letter of the alphabet in each grid of the chart. Students will be signaled to go back and find any missing letters if they have boxes remaining at the end of the activity.
For a fun twist, I often allow students to add alphabet stickers or foam shapes after they have printed letters in each box.
I teach half-day Kindergarten at a Catholic school in the Archdiocese of Detroit. Eight years of classroom experiences have guided me into the world of Kindergarten. I have previously taught in First and Second Grade classrooms, but after 5 years as a Kindergarten teacher, I can say with pride that this is the grade which fills my heart with joy and a passion for teaching.
I'm crazy about my classroom and the school I am so fortunate to teach at every day. Since I spend more time in my classroom than any other location, I make every effort to make it a warm, cozy, and happy place.
I graduated from Michigan State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, then went on to complete my Master's degree in Curriculum and Teaching from MSU.
I love all things tidy and organized, bright colors, natural lighting, indie music, new gadgets, NPR, and technology.
