Final Countdown - End of Year or Review Activity

Looking for a fun and unique way to end off the year with your students? Or looking for a way to review for a topic?
This activity includes a worksheet set up as an "end of year" activity AND a blank version for you to adapt as you see fit - I've used it for review questions / work and the kids like to use it.  Students are asked to create a list of 5, a list of 4, a list of 3....
