Valentine's Day Free Craftivity
Valentine's Day is just around the corner and I wanted to share with you some things you can add to your classroom activities. First up we have a free craft you can make with your students to give them a fun bag to carry all of their goodies home with them. This was a fun craft. You can grab it here.
Next we have a Valentine's book where students can glue or tape their Valentine's cards in a keepsake book. These were fun to make You can grab it here.
And for older students we have some heart themed coloring pages that contain multiplication problems. You can grab them here.
January Snow Themed Free Activities
Winter is upon us and I love adding some snow themed activities to my classroom. How about you? The first activity we use is wacky compound words. In this activity, students get a chance to practice making compound words. You can grab it here.
Sometimes during these winter months you just need to take a break and have a little fun. One way we do this is by reading a book about Tacky the Penguin and then creating an icy themed craftivity. Can't do this activity before the holidays...add it after the holidays and ask students how they spent their holiday. It would make a great bulletin board with the title "How we Spent Winter Break!" Do you need the template for the activity and a little glyph activity? You can grab it here.
