Conference Survey
It is always nice to have a plan in place before meeting with parents to discuss their child. One thing that helps me with planning is sending home this conference survey before we meet. It gives me information about what the parents are thinking, and it lets parents know that I am interested in their perspective. Come over to my blog to grab this freebie!
