Teaching Children Gratitude

I don't know about you, but I am always trying to teach and model an attitude of Gratitude for our daughter.  I have come to learn that it is indeed a skill that needs to be taught.  I created this Gratitude Book and Journal for children to keep them mindful of all of their blessings!  Come on over and grab yours today!

  1. Love your gratitude journal. Teach mindfulness to adults and children. Gratitude is important. One way to train our brains to look on the bright side. Robert Emmons and Michael McCullough are two of the leading researchers on gratitude. They say if you possess a high level of gratitude, you are more likely to feel an emotional sense of wonder, thankfulness and appreciation for life. What a wonderful personality strength to cultivate in our children. Thanks for spreading the message.
