My students love to write book reviews for their classmates and then read the books that others have recommended. I like to provide fun templates for them to use as it seems to inspire a little more writing from each of them. Here's a set of Christmas and Winter book review templates for your students to use. I like to post the reviews and encourage the kids to read what everyone wrote - it's fun to do a pair-share activity when they have all written their review.
