Hi everyone, I'm psyched to be here-a new blogger for CF2! What are you using for Spelling homework this year? If you are an upper elementary educator looking for something new check out my Spelling Pursuit. I've tried to make it fun for students by making it a game where students need to earn 30 points by completing a combination of activities. This takes the tic-tac-toe limitations of completing columns and rows out of the picture. Students choose, as long as they have 30 points by Friday.
I must say it has gone very well. I have the students highlight the boxes they complete and attach their work to it. Hope you enjoy!
