Student Appreciation Notes- Hooray!

Everyone loves a little recognition, so I make a point to give my students certificates for a job well done. Whether they've made the honor roll, shown outstanding effort, or just kept a tidy desk, they light up when they see their name on a shiny certificate. I laminate the certificates, add sparkly stickers, and put the students' pictures on our classroom website. What a great motivator!
