Earth Day Activity

Here's a fun and engaging critical thinking activity for Earth Day (April 22nd). I have had great success with this activity for students of all ages and am always amazed at what they come up with.

Working together, students must develop a Top 10 List of Things That Make Earth Unique.  Perhaps, with a greater understanding of the delicate balance that exists on Earth, students will have a greater appreciation for conservation and preservation.

Includes everything you need for the activity - lesson and extension activities and a student worksheet.  You could also use this activity as an introduction to Geography, Astronomy, Biology or Ecology unit.  Click the image to hop over to my blog to grab a copy for yourself.
