Sometimes, I spend so much time planning and prepping for my Language Arts and Math lessons that I literally run out of time. I always have a student or two that looks at the clock and asks "Isn't it time for Science"? It's not that I don't enjoy teaching Science, because I do. It's simply that prepping for Science can be quite labor intensive. If I'm doing an experiment with my class, the prep must be done at school. There are certain weeks, where I just don't have the energy for a full experiment. Those are the weeks, I incorporate some literacy into our science block. Here is a free lesson on the air that I created to go with our Air and Weather unit. Enjoy!
