Don't you just love actually finding the time to call your students' parents/guardians or email them only to discover a disconnected number or your email has bounced back?
Obtaining current contact information for students' parents/guardians is worth dealing with from time to time.
Too often, email addresses and phone numbers change. Those with multiple classes, I feel ya! Tons of contacts...more students means more contacts to keep updated!
If you want a quick tool to use, send this form home at least once a year. Sometimes I send it more often that that! It''s also great to send home for new students that transfer to your school or classroom.
