In a Million Words or Less....

As we all start to gear up for the new school year, I know many of us are wondering about what type of students we will have in our new class.  Are they a hardworking group? Is there something going on that I should know about?  Family issues (which unfortunately is VERY common these days)?  The list goes on and on.

For the past seven years, I have used my "In a Million Words or Less" form to collect valuable information on all my kids from those who know them best........THEIR PARENTS!  I send this form home the first week of school (or on Back to School Night) and ask the parents to return it by the third week.  Many times, I receive at least 90% of the forms back.  And they are usually loaded with valuable and insightful information which helps me understand my students better.

You can get your own copy for FREE from my TpT store.  Head on over and download it today!  What are some of your favorite forms that you send home each year?  Share below.
