St. Patrick's Day Magic E

At my school, we teach the magic e rule with our kinders.  Not all of them master it but many of them do.  Our first grade teachers still review short vowels and magic e before moving on at the beginning of the year, but we like to see what our kids are able to do so we always throw it out there to see what sticks.

I posted a St. Patrick's Day magic e game that can be played in partners or with small groups of students.  I also made a recording sheet so parents can have a glimpse of what students are doing during centers.  Lucky for you, it's free!  Head over to my blog to download yours before the LaLaLas come and steal it!  (You can't say the "L" word or they'll all come out!)
