We finished our African Jungle Animal unit and had so much fun with it! Instead of just doing a Jungle unit, I wanted to give the unit more substance, so we concentrated on the habitats of Africa with a particular emphasis on the rainforest and savannah areas. As a part of this thematic unit, I placed a jungle animal sight word hunt in a literacy center which you will find in my TPT store by clicking the picture.
